GRW can arrange the supply of Fluorspar and Talc (Soap Stone). Thee mines owners have mines in Pakistan and in Afghanistan, of the aforesaid commodities. Quantity availability1. Reserves of Calcium Fluoride (CaF2) is safely over 6.0 million tons, and the seller can supply the commodity as per requirements of each buyer.
2. For a soft offer, seller needs a specific inquiry stating exact required quantity, packing mode, grade or mix grades, name of a port of discharge, etc. Soft offer shall be based on FOB Loading Port in Pakistan. Seller would try their best to get a competitive ocean freight on the basis of breakbulk or containerized vessel, when a written request comes from the buyer.
PACKING MODES AVAILABLE
1. Standard packing is available in the single new Jumbo PP strong bag containing 1,000 kg equal to 1-metric ton, strong and sea worthy Jumbo bag;2. Bulk packing is also available, i.e. to load loose material directly into container or ship’s holds;3. Packing of the buyer’s choice can also be done, but at an extra cost that shall be at the risk and cost of the buyers. 4. Bags can also be printed with the name of buyer’s brand and buyer’s name, for the ordered quantity. The total cost of bags duly printed with the buyer’s name, has to be paid in advance, if for any reason the ordered quantity is not lifted by the buyers, then the cost of the bags shall be on account of the buyer.
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
1. Quantity that would be ready for delivery for onward export shipment, shall be inspected from the SGS, Pakistan office, at seller’s cost, pre-shipment inspection shall be done at the port of origin, in respect of the specifications, as specified in the DLC, particularly purity and percentage of CaF2, packing, shipped net weight and gross weight, at seller’s cost.2. Inspection certificate, as issued from the SGS, Pakistan office, shall be final, and acceptable to both the sellers and the buyers, and the payment shall be released to the seller, on submission of the SGS inspection certificate along with other original shipping documents to the Bank.
ORIGIN AND SHIPMENT INFORMATION
1. It is confirmed that although the ‘Fluorspar’ & ‘Talc’ are being supplied from Afghanistan, but processing is done in Peshawar & Karachi, therefore the origin shall be ‘Pakistan Origin’; 2. Please note that the Fluorspar stock is Mined in KPK and Baluchistan provinces of Pakistan, however, most of the Talc quantity is coming /Importing from Afghanistan to Pakistan, but processing is done in province Khyber Pakhtun Khwa (KPK), Karachi ( Sindh Province) and Province of Baluchistan; 3. Sellers prefer to conclude transactions, based on FOB Pakistan sea port, but if buyers insist to conclude business only on the basis of C&F or CIF destination, then seller can arrange ocean freight and would offer on CIF Port of Discharge based on the available freight at that time;4. However, it is highly recommended the freight is to be arranged by buyers; 5. Original shipping documents including set of clean B/L on board, SGS certificate, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and other standard documents. Buyers should inform the sellers well in advance, if they want to have special type of document(s), which is necessary to release the goods at the customs of the receiving country;6. Sellers would bear all Bank’s expenses, to be incurred in Pakistan, while all Bank’s expenses at the end of the buyer’s country shall be at the risk and cost of the buyers.
